In lieu of a cover letter, please provide the following information on organizational letterhead:
- Type of grant request, e.g. program, general operating or capital
- Amount of request
- Brief one paragraph description of grant request
- Brief one paragraph description of fit with DCF mission
- Signatures of both the organization’s Executive Director/President/Chief Executive Officer and one of the officers of the Board of Trustees.
